30% SOLD IN OPENING WEEKEND: THE SUCCESS OF THE BEL-AIR APARTMENTS LAUNCH

Our latest project, Bel-Air Apartments, has now launched.


We celebrated over the weekend with a Grand Launch event inviting the public to take a first look at what will be a new opportunity for urban living in the vibrant hub of Belmont.


The successful launch saw 30% of the project sold in the opening weekend, with strong interest from first-home buyers and investors, as well as previous and existing Finbar customers who made up 35% of the sales.


Finbar managing director Darren Pateman said Bel-Air’s price points – one-bedroom apartments have prices starting at $458,000 – filled a gap in the market, with most recent apartment projects in Perth pitched at higher prices in the western suburbs.
